E' uscito da pochi giorni sui principali servizi di streaming musicale l'EP dei Butterfly System "Presagi", che vuole fissare - per quanto solo in digitale - le ultime "fatiche" compositive del trio trentino.
Attivi già da qualche anno a Trento e dintorni con le loro proposte di progressive-rock ispirate agli anni 60 e 70, propongono qui una selezione di tre brani significativi della loro più recente produzione. Brani caratterizzati da un sound "vintage" e scuro, legati da tematiche a volte "disturbanti": la candidezza dell'infanzia che si trasforma nel cinismo dell'adulto ("Cenni di tempesta"); i traumi subiti che condizionano le successive azioni ("Stai con me"); la chiusura - derivata da paura e disillusione - che porta al tragico epilogo ("La Fortezza"). Presagi appunto, come sottolinea il titolo dell'EP, di quello che potrebbe essere il futuro.
